Before you arrive

A consultation on your taste, your concerns and your budget, and from it a curated shortlist of vetted salons chosen to suit you — with a written plan for your day. We book every appointment and explain your skin, your allergies and your past treatments to each salon in Korean, before you walk in.

On the day

We meet you and stay with you. Interpreting through every consultation, moving between appointments, and shopping chosen by ingredient and texture rather than by shelf display.

Afterwards

Aftercare instructions translated into English, and a list of everything you bought in the order to use it.

Before you book

How do I pay?
By PayPal link, sent by email once your date is confirmed.
What if my dates do not work?
Send three, in order of preference. We confirm one within 24 hours. If none work, nothing is charged and we offer the nearest dates we have.
Can I cancel?
The Local Companion: full refund up to seven days before, half up to three days before, none after. The Beauty Play: your seat can be moved or refunded up to three days before the session.
Do I pay for the treatments themselves?
Yes, directly at the salon on the day, at the price a Korean customer pays. We do not mark them up and we take no cut from the salon.
